Clwyd Eco-Centre

CLWYD ECO-CENTRE?
or an Eco-Centre somewhere abroad?

I have always wanted to construct an eco-centre ideally based somewhere in the old county boundary of Clwyd.

Is there anyone else with this vision that want to join me?

If anyone knows of suitable land/buildings (at a peppercorn rent!) – or someone with the same vision who has land/buildings – which may be suitable, please let me know. I was thinking more along the lines of the Alternative Technology Centre in Hebden Bridge, than CAT…

I’ve just been looking at the prices of property in Bulgaria – outstandingly low!!! You could buy a village over there for the price of a detached house in the UK!!!
Mmm… Bulgaria Eco-Centre… and it’s in the EU!
